Javier is an owner of J&R Telecom LLC and the project manager. Javier has over a decade of experience in construction projects. He has hands-on experience with directional drills, hydrovacs, backhoes, excavators, is a plumber and electrician. Javier also holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. He coordinates drill operation with the operation manager and construction manager and makes sure quotas are met. Javier distributes work packets and puts together work schedules with deadlines. His job is also to keep flow of locates ahead of time to make sure all projects are transitioning smoothly. All the production is reported daily so that it enters the billing process as soon as possible.

He has hands on experience with directional drills, hydrovacs, backhoes, and excavators. Rudy is a master of plumbing and has a master mechanical license in New Mexico. Rudy's job is to ensure the operation is flowing and all the permits and locates are up to date. He also does job-site visits to check on the CM and drill foremen.
